Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale technical projects and programs focused on data, analytics, and cloud environments
- Oversee data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives from planning through delivery
- Manage business intelligence and big data projects in complex enterprise settings
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive and business audiences
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet
- Ensure strong documentation across project lifecycle (plans, charters, schedules, lessons learned)
- 10+ years of experience leading technical/data-focused projects or programs
- Strong experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing
- Proven success managing BI, analytics, and big data initiatives
- Experience supporting healthcare data projects (FHIR, CCDA, HL7 is a plus)
- Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise data systems
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (compliance, governance, security)
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe
- Understanding of SDLC, IT processes, and enterprise architecture
- Experience with AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- Certifications in TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
