Develop and execute full consulting projects and serve as lead on insight development for those projects. Consistently establish and then meet deadlines with minimal errors. Mentor the team while answering questions and providing direction. Act as a good teammate, while proactively finding ways to create leverage. Regularly engage with the client and own senior-level client relationships Actively identify opportunities to create value with clients and communicate in and organized and knowledgeable manner. Identify high-value client opportunities, drive appropriate follow-on work, and take lead on firm communication and client development efforts. What We Look For In Our Team Members Relevant Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from demanding four-year college or university with demonstrated outstanding academic achievement 10+ years of consulting or relevant business experience Problem solvers with analytical capabilities who have an insatiable thirst to solve complex problems An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to always improve upon the status quo Results-oriented team players with strong team and business-building skills Demonstrated experience in strategy and/or pricing projects Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required Willingness to travel to the client site up to 3-4 days / week (varies by client and / or engagement) #J-18808-Ljbffr Elixirr
