- Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure timely communication with dental professionals.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups to optimize patient flow.
- Educate patients on treatment options and financial responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the system.
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Collaborate with the dental team to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in patient care coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with patients effectively.
- Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and treatment planning is advantageous.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and support to patients.
