Job Description

Dairyland Energy Solutions
Senior Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager
Milwaukee, WI

Ready to Run Your Own Business... Without the Risk?

Dairyland Energy Solutions is growing fast, and we are looking for a high-performing Senior Estimator/ PM who wants more than just another plumbing estimating/ project management position.

We are searching for an entrepreneurial leader who thinks like an owner, solves problems creatively, builds strong customer relationships, and sees opportunities where others see obstacles.

If you have ever thought:

• "I could grow this business if they would let me."
• "I know there are opportunities we're leaving on the table."
• "I want more responsibility, more influence, and more reward for my results."

Then this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for to propel your career.

This Is Not a Typical PM/ Estimating Role:
At Dairyland Energy, you will have the opportunity to help lead and grow a major portion of our business.
You will oversee estimating and project management activities, mentor and develop estimators, and help identify new revenue opportunities while shaping the future direction of our company.
Think of it as running “your own business within our business”.

We are not looking for someone to simply review plans and submit bids, rather someone who can:

• Build profitable opportunities
• Create winning estimating strategies
• Develop customer relationships through strong project management
• Lead and mentor
• Drive accountability and performance
• Improve processes and systems
• Think strategically about growth
• Help shape the future of Dairyland

Your ideas will not be buried in layers of organizational bureaucracy!  You will have a seat at the leadership table and the ability to make a real impact.

Who Thrives Here?
The right person is:

• Self-motivated and highly accountable
• Entrepreneurial and opportunity-focused
• A natural leader who enjoys developing people
• Competitive and driven to win
• Creative when solving complex problems
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
• Forward-thinking and growth-minded
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Excited by challenges, change, and continuous improvement
• People describe you as dependable, resourceful, resilient and someone who simply, "finds a way."
• When others see roadblocks, you see solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing accurate, competitive estimates
• Identifying new business and revenue opportunities
• Developing client and contractor relationships
• Improving estimating workflows and processes
• Execute project management and operational quality
• Supporting strategic growth initiatives
• Helping drive profitability and long-term success

Depending on your strengths and interests, the role includes a blend of estimating, project management, business development, and leadership responsibilities.

Why Dairyland Energy Solutions?
We are a growing company with a clear vision: becoming Wisconsin's premier provider of innovative energy and business solutions.

• You'll join a team that values responsibility, professionalism, dedication and cooperative teamwork
• We reward performance, initiative, results, and leadership.
• Most importantly, you will have room to grow professionally, financially, and personally.

If you are looking for a place where your effort directly impacts the success of the company and your future, you will find it here.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation package
• Performance-based incentives
• Leadership opportunities
• Career advancement potential
• Work-life balance
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture
• Opportunity to build and lead a team
• Ability to make a meaningful impact on company growth
