About this Role

Scheduler Utility T&D & Substation

Travel Up to 40% domestic travel to project sites

QISG is seeking Mid- and Senior-Level P6 Schedulers to support utility Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation EPC projects .

Were looking for schedulers with 5 years of utility scheduling experience specifically in T&D and/or Substation projects. This experience should be clearly reflected on your resume.

Youll develop and maintain resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules perform critical path analysis forecast schedule impacts and partner closely with project teams to keep complex EPC projects on track from planning through completion.

What Youll Do

• Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission substation and renewable projects
• Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
• Integrate inputs from engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams
• Perform critical path analysis what-if scenarios and productivity tracking
• Identify schedule risks evaluate sequencing and recommend mitigation strategies
• Produce earned value metrics KPIs and cash flow reports for project controls and executives
• Support look-ahead planning short-interval schedules and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations required
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
• Experience with Linear Scheduling large-scale sitework and long-lead equipment planning for utility projects
• Familiarity with TILOS Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk or similar schedule analysis tools
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering permitting procurement construction and commissioning teams
• Strong communication and influencing skills coordinating across multiple departments
• Highly organized and self-motivated able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelors in Engineering Construction Management Business or related field preferred
