Manage and work special reports to ensure accuracy and resolution on accounts within the identified time frame. Knowledgeable and proficient in updating insurance on accounts to ensure claim accuracy. Knowledge of revenue cycle and active advancement of accounts to reach hospital system cash goal. Responsible for assisting with patient communication as needed. Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Preferred: Medical billing and claims processing experience; familiarity with insurance industry and collection processes.
