Clinical Administrative Associate

Managing the ancillary referral process, the full-time Clinical Administrative Associate will handle incoming and outgoing orders and prior authorizations while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Manages the ancillary referral process by handling orders and prior authorizations Serves as the primary point of contact for referrals, engaging in client and vendor communications Schedules appointments and provides information regarding medical services to patients Required qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of experience in an office, claims, or customer service environment Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn complex computer systems Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
