The ideal candidates—LMFTs, LPCs, LCSWs, or PsyD holders—will provide high-quality, client-centered teletherapy services from the comfort of their own homes. Utilizing telehealth technology, therapists will conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients and creating a seamless, supportive atmosphere for therapy. This innovative work setting not only enhances work-life balance but also allows practitioners to engage with clients across various regions.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients’ mental health needs.Developing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet individual goals based on assessment findings.Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.Utilizing teletherapy tools to deliver effective virtual care with empathy and professionalism.Offering crisis intervention services as needed to support clients in acute situations.Participating in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.Patient Population / Client FocusOur diverse clientele faces a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist at Fairway Care, you will have the autonomy to choose the therapeutic practices you wish to employ, ensuring that you align with your strengths and preferences while remaining responsive to your clients’ needs.QualificationsCandidates must have:A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing you to balance therapy and administrative responsibilities seamlessly.Preferred ExperienceWhile not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:Prior experience in teletherapy and/or familiarity with virtual mental health platforms.An established caseload and referral base.Training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on your caseload.
