Work Environment In this 100% remote position, you will collaborate with a fully remote team of professionals dedicated to offering mental health assessments and treatment. Key Responsibilities Provide ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video chat, ensuring a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment. Utilize a variety of solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client. Develop personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, aimed at helping clients achieve their mental health goals. Facilitate client insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationships, empowering them to engage in self-exploration. Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, helping clients develop healthy coping mechanisms for life challenges. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be working with stable, low acuity adults presenting a wide range of mental health needs. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and adjustment issues. Our goal is to assist clients in developing essential life skills and improving their overall quality of life through effective therapeutic interventions. Qualifications A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Must hold a fully licensed credential to practice independently in Pennsylvania, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No limited/provisional licenses or prior disciplinary actions are acceptable. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for success in this role. Preferred Experience We value strong computer literacy skills, as technology plays a crucial role in our telehealth services. Experience with digital record-keeping platforms and therapy management software is a plus. Additionally, familiarity with solution-focused therapy methods and a background in community mental health settings are beneficial.
