Lead LVN Charge Nurse Patient Care Leader

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Charge Nurse in Texas to lead medication administration and resident care activities for a fast-paced, hospitality‑driven team. You will supervise Caregivers and Medication Technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians, families, and ancillary providers to support seniors’ health and well‑being.
The role requires an active LVN/LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of medication administration experience.
