Receiving Coordinator

Hiring a Receiving Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Alameda that specializes in making tools that help measure and monitor power quality!

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, organize, and stock incoming materials
• Verify quantities, part numbers, revisions, and supporting documentation
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming materials and production components
• Enter and track inventory transactions within inventory management systems
• Utilize barcode scanners, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing environments
• Experience working with packing lists, inventory records, and documentation processes
• Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse equipment
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience within medical device, electronics, technology, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, 5S, and Kanban methodologies is a plus

Logistics

• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• $25/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
