We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to stay active in the field, build a strong foundation, and grow within real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This path is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with buyers, being out with clients, and learning through real-day-to-day experience alongside experienced agents.

You will learn to support buyer activity through property tours and showings while gaining a clear understanding of how transactions move from the first appointment through closing. The focus is on learning proven systems, following consistent processes, and building confidence through repetition and real-world exposure.

You will learn to communicate with clients, manage showing activity, and develop habits that lead to consistent production. Working alongside productive real estate agents, you will continue to grow your skills and build toward becoming a producing buyer agent, creating a path toward a listing agent over time.

Responsibilities

• CRM and database drip campaigns

• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service

Qualifications

• A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
• Great communication
• Sales experience

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Present yourself in a professional manner
