Lumara Development Group is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Real Estate Agent to represent buyers and support the company’s continued growth across Southern California. This role is ideal for someone who understands that real estate is equal parts strategy, communication, negotiation, and client experience. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and adaptability matter. Success in this role looks like building strong client relationships, generating and converting leads, navigating transactions smoothly from start to finish, and contributing to the long-term reputation and growth of the Lumara brand. This position plays a key role in expanding Lumara’s presence in the Southern California market while helping clients confidently navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Responsibilities Represent buyers throughout the full real estate transaction process, from consultation to closing Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service Generate and nurture new leads through networking, referrals, social media, marketing initiatives, and community outreach Conduct property tours, market research, and comparative market analyses to help clients make informed decisions Negotiate contracts, pricing, contingencies, and terms in the best interest of clients Coordinate with lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, contractors, and transaction coordinators to ensure smooth closings Maintain detailed knowledge of local market trends, inventory, pricing strategies, and neighborhood developments throughout Southern California Manage transaction timelines, documentation, disclosures, and compliance requirements with accuracy and professionalism Contribute to Lumara’s brand presence through professional representation online and in person Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to track leads, follow-ups, and transaction progress Attend team meetings, trainings, networking events, and company initiatives as needed Deliver an elevated client experience rooted in trust, responsiveness, transparency, and attention to detail Qualifications Active California Real Estate License in good standing Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a growing team environment Knowledge of the Southern California real estate market preferred Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing, and social media platforms is a plus Professional presentation and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings and meetings Prior real estate sales experience preferred, but motivated newer agents with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply What Success Looks Like Consistently generating and converting qualified leads Delivering smooth, professional client experiences from first contact through closing Building a strong referral network and repeat client base Maintaining high responsiveness and communication standards Contributing to Lumara’s reputation as a trusted and modern real estate brand Meeting or exceeding individual sales and transaction goals while supporting team growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumara Development Group
