Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Level 1 Trauma Experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission for RNs 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Charting System Experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 40 hours per week varying between Five 8 hour shifts (11p-7a) and Two 8 hour shifts (11p-7a)/Two 12 hour shifts (7p-7a) if covering weekends; no call at this time; includes weekends and holiday coverage for night shift 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; pre-approved time off: none 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once they have been away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required 12. Modules: 36 orientation hours 13.
