Lot Operations Specialist II (Manheim)

Lot Operations Specialist IICoordinates Lot Operations activities for an assigned location.Handles vehicle check-in duties, ensuring that all proper identification stickers and labels are properly affixed to arriving vehicles and entering vehicle identification information into company computer / tracking systems.Conducts periodic scanning of vehicles to verify assigned inventory. Ensures vehicles are placed in proper order for sale.Tags and coordinates movement of disabled vehicles from staging area.Communicates with other units in the auction process to ensure coordinated staging efforts.Enters vehicle data into computer / data management system.Monitors vehicle movement through all processing within assigned quadrant.Conducts lane captain duties for regular, highline, 100 Grander and CCE Sales.Leads any bulk, staging or EV crew as needed and instructed by management.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.Drug Testing:To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
