Virtual School-Based Speech Therapy | Washington

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based services, located in Spokane, WA. This role involves providing teletherapy and in-person speech-language services within an educational setting.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goals
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary professionals to support coordinated care
• Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing education and support

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

To qualify:

• Possession of a current license approved by the Washington State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
• Completion of a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
