About the Role
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to support airport transportation operations during the FIFA World Cup 2026. This is a high-visibility role focused on assisting travelers, especially international passengers, with ride-share navigation, pickup guidance, and overall customer support.
Brand Ambassadors will work across airport terminals and curbside pickup areas to ensure a smooth and positive passenger experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist passengers in designated pickup areas
- Help riders request rides and navigate pickup locations using the mobile app
- Provide guidance on available ride options based on passenger and luggage needs
- Verify vehicle details including driver name, license plate, and pickup location
- Support travelers arriving from international flights
- Monitor passenger flow and report operational issues to supervisors
- Maintain professional communication with travelers, airport staff, and drivers
- Follow all airport safety and operational guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, hospitality, airport, retail, event staffing, or brand ambassador experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors when needed
- Comfortable using and explaining mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English required; Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in airports, transportation, hospitality, or live events
- Additional language skills such as Portuguese, Arabic, or French are a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments
Location:
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
Schedule : 30–40 hours/week | Flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and matchdays
Duration: June 13 – July 19, 2026
