Compliance Analyst

Position: Compliance Analyst

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual compliance reviews
• Monitor deposit and lending relationships
• Develop policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Serve as a liaison for regulatory agencies
• Identify risks and test internal controls
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with lending compliance and mortgage origination compliance
• Knowledge of UCC, Regulation B, C, and Z; RESPA; FCRA
• Proficient in computer operations and data entry
• Strong communication and time management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with TRID and other compliance laws
• Background in banking compliance
• Ability to develop bank-specific processes
