We are currently seeking applications from Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine practitioners to join our teams at Keizer Station, North Lancaster, or Skyline in Salem, OR. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. You will be part of a compassionate and integrated team of physicians, along with supportive clinical and administrative staff. Our organization has developed a PCP-first model that allows you to rediscover your passion for medicine and reclaim your time.

• 70% of your in-basket messages will be managed by our dedicated team.

• Collaborate with an experienced support staff and utilize a physician-friendly Epic EMR system, complete with a virtual scribe service.
• Experience seamless collaboration with specialty care—no prior authorizations required!
• Begin your journey with a year-long ramp-up period and comprehensive mentorship throughout the year.
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) with flexible schedules ranging from 0.7 to 1.0 FTE to accommodate your lifestyle.

Salary Information

The annual salary for this role ranges from $271,000 to $308,000, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other pertinent factors. In addition to the salary range, we provide a rich benefits package that significantly enhances the overall compensation.
