Estamos buscando un "Personal de Limpieza" amable, responsable y con atención al detalle, para ayudar a mantener un ambiente limpio y acogedor para nuestros pacientes, sus familias y nuestro personal.
Sobre el Rol:
El " Personal de Limpieza "juega un papel clave en la experiencia del paciente desde el momento en que entre a nuestra clínica. Al mantener la limpieza y el buen aspecto de nuestras instalaciones, garantizarás un entorno seguro y agradable para empleados y pacientes. Un espacio limpio y bien cuidado contribuye directamente al confort y satisfacción de cada paciente, generando un impacto positivo en su experiencia general en nuestras clinicas.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Limpieza General: Asegurarse de que las áreas comunes y de espera de los pacientes estén limpias, organizadas y acogedoras en todo momento. Esto incluye barrer, trapear, desempolvar y desinfectar superficies de alto contacto.
- Suministros y Lavandería: Supervisar el inventario de suministros de limpieza (ej. toallas de papel, jabón, etc.) y reponerlos según sea necesario. Ayudar con las necesidades de lavandería, incluyendo el lavado, secado y colgado de batas de laboratorio.
- Mantenimiento de Instalaciones: Ayudar con reparaciones menores, notificar a los supervisores sobre necesidades de mantenimiento o equipos, y colaborar con el cuidado estético de la oficina.
- Esterilización de Instrumentos Dentales: Limpiar, esterilizar y organizar adecuadamente los instrumentos dentales siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad y los estándares de la industria.
Requisitos:
- Fiabilidad: Debe ser confiable, puntual y orgulloso de mantener la limpieza.
- Experiencia: Se valora experiencia previa en limpieza, mantenimiento o servicios de conserjería. Tener una ética de trabajo fuerte y atención al detalle es esencial..
- Actitud Positiva: Actitud amigable y profesional, especialmente cuando interactúe con niños y familias.
- Requisitos Físicos: Capacidad para estar de pie, agacharse, levantar hasta 25 libras y realizar tareas físicas durante períodos prolongados.
