the facility is seeking a Locum Physician specializing in Cardiovascular Surgery!

JOB DETAILS: Practice setting: Hospital rounding and surgery if required

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Procedures/Surgeries Required: Aneurysm Repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Heart Valve Replacement Additional Procedures Required or Preferred:

Travel Reimbursement Information:

• Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage billed at the IRS standard rate.

• Anything else that exceeds this must be approved by the facility.

Submission Requirements

• Must have fellowship training in cardiovascular [REQUIRED]
• Board certified in Cardiovascular surgery [REQUIRED]
• Active SC license (will NOT accept providers who need to obtain) [REQUIRED]
• Active ACLS [REQUIRED]
• Self-query NPBD report as a requirement during time of presentation [REQUIRED]
• Providers MUST have clean backgrounds to be considered for temps [REQUIRED]
