K&R Staffing is recruiting a Parts Specialist for a well-established trailer and heavy equipment repair company. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys helping customers, processing orders, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts inquiries and sales over the phone and in person
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Upload and maintain inventory and stock listings on the company website
• Enter and update inventory information in company systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and product support
• Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain an organized and professional workspace

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills required
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and customer inquiries
• Previous sales, customer service, or parts experience is preferred
• Experience with heavy trucks, trailers, construction equipment, or related industries is a strong plus
• The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers in a parts sales environment.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck or trailer components is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
