Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid OT licensure (Ohio state requirements)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for empowering students with varying abilities to reach their full potential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage an 18-student caseload across K-9 grade levels
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services, focusing on 3,260 service minutes per quarter (up to 12 hours/week)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Perform thorough assessments and document progress regularly
• Collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
• Offer strategies and interventions to enhance students’ participation in school activities
