Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential occupational therapy services to students in grades K-9 in a collaborative school setting near Mason, OH. This role offers the chance to support a manageable caseload of 18 students, helping them succeed both in and out of the classroom. With a commitment of up to 12 hours per week and approximately 3,260 minutes of therapy per quarter, you’ll play a vital part in students’ progress and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience or strong interest working within a school environment, ideally with K-9 students
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently within allotted weekly hours
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and families
• Understanding of IEP processes and ability to document therapy sessions effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy interventions aligned with each student’s IEP goals
• Assess students’ motor, sensory, and functional skills to support academic and social participation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for all mandated therapy minutes and progress reports
• Offer insight at IEP meetings and provide staff training as needed
