Assistant Store Manager Department: Retail Employment Type: Full Time Location: Miami - South Beach Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 / hour Description Eberjey is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to work in partnership with the Store Manager to lead, develop and support our store retail team to meet and/or exceed sales goals. The Assistant Store Manager should be a versatile individual with prior leadership experience in a retail environment and an understanding of translating a brand’s unique aesthetic to drive sales, establish and maintain client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience. The role is responsible for training staff and sharing feedback to ensure the team maximizes the expectations of their roles, while assisting the Store Manager to elevate the overall store experience. The ideal candidate must be able to perform multiple duties in an organized manner and possess the ability to effectively lead teams and manage individuals towards accomplishing set goals. What You'll Do Support the Store Manager in recruiting, developing and training team members to uphold expert product knowledge, brand values and unique visual aesthetic to provide a consistent customer experience Lead the sales floor and drive desired store results through positive coaching and team accountability Display leadership and apply effective team development skills to cultivate a welcoming environment through detail-oriented, concierge-style service Connect with customers in a friendly, approachable manner and deliver an engaging customer experience Meet monthly personal selling goals and help the store team achieve daily store sales and KPI goals Grow a loyal customer database by providing a warm and welcoming brand experience, staying up to date with company initiatives and connecting with the local community Provide customers with sizing/fitting sessions and style guidance in line with our brand aesthetic Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and assisting in fitting rooms as needed Become a product expert by maintaining excellent product knowledge of current and incoming styles Represent the brand positively and contribute to our inclusive culture What You'll Need A strong leader with 2+ years of management experience and 4+ years of retail experience A passion for customer experience, driving sales, local community, and fashion Proven customer service and sales skills with a strong track record of building loyal clientele A results-focused leader with a proven track record of team development and clear communication style #J-18808-Ljbffr
