Senior Maintenance Technician

The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment and systems within our facility. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Plan, document, and execute a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance program. Use predictive technologies to preemptively avoid breakdowns. Repair and replace defective parts and components. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of machines and facilities. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work in a team environment, including daily interaction with various associates and multiple levels within the manufacturing environment. Have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure, schedules, and deadlines. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Physical requirements include regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Twisting, turning, grasping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, pulling, and extended periods of standing/walking.
