Senior Maintenance Technician

The Senior Maintenance Technician performs advanced maintenance and preventative maintenance of the company’s production equipment, conveying equipment, forklifts, electrical systems, HVAC, buildings, and grounds, with minimal supervision. This role is responsible for diagnosing complex equipment issues and leading maintenance projects and repairs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs advanced building and grounds maintenance, plant equipment maintenance, and monthly preventative maintenance. Troubleshoots and resolves complex equipment issues quickly to return production to normal levels, minimizing downtime. Leads maintenance projects, major repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assists in developing and improving preventative maintenance programs and procedures. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties as assigned by Management to support operational objectives. Regular attendance, punctuality, and proper work attire are required. Willingness to work overtime or other shifts as needed to support business needs. QUALIFICATIONS: The following sections outline the requirements and expectations for this role. Education / Certification High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience & Skills 5+ years’ of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience & Skills Advanced troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, and industrial equipment systems Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including hands-on repair and diagnostics Welding and fabrication skills PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, framing, and general facility maintenance Strong organizational, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Ability to independently prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively Skilled in maintaining and improving maintenance systems and facilities Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English language EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr WMFHA
