We’re seeking a motivated, personable, and goal-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is about more than just selling policies — it’s about building trust, delivering peace of mind, and becoming a valuable resource for individuals and families in your community.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary of 54k with first year OTE of 90k
Performance-based bonuses
Comprehensive training and licensing support provided
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through warm leads, referrals, and outreach efforts
Understand client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, etc.)
Clearly communicate policy options and guide clients in making informed decisions
Close sales and develop long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service
Maintain accurate client records and interactions using our CRM system
Collaborate within a supportive, high-energy team environment

Prior sales or customer service experience (a plus, but not required)
