We’re seeking a motivated, personable, and goal-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is about more than just selling policies — it’s about building trust, delivering peace of mind, and becoming a valuable resource for individuals and families in your community.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of 54k with first year OTE of 90k
- Performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through warm leads, referrals, and outreach efforts
- Understand client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, etc.)
- Clearly communicate policy options and guide clients in making informed decisions
- Close sales and develop long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate within a supportive, high-energy team environment

What You Bring
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
- Drive to achieve goals in a fast-paced sales environment
- Prior sales or customer service experience (a plus, but not required)
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (we’ll help!)
