Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care (PERM-LB) Manchester, England Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + competitive package and benefits. Hours: Full-time Location: Manchester city centre – M1. Role Summary A Domiciliary Care Provider is currently looking for a Registered Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and driving growth of its services. You will work closely with senior management and support the team of care coordinators and support workers. You will lead a new service starting with 150 hours, increasing to 350 hours. You will manage the care team and help expand the service area. Responsibilities Work to CQC standards. Manage the care team to ensure providing the best care. Liaise with local councils and authorities to improve, maintain, and expand the service. Perform on-call duties where necessary. Qualifications At least 2 years in a Registered Manager role within Domiciliary Care. Hands‑on experience in managing a domiciliary care service. Track record of managing and motivating an effective team. Strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards. Benefits Company pension. Free parking on site.
