Earn a Starting Bonus While Making a Real Difference in Neonatal Care

Henry Ford Health is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our neonatology team at St. John Children's Hospital NICU—and we're offering a **starting bonus to the right candidate**.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive Level III neonatal care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
• Perform bedside procedures and clinical assessments
• Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal support
• Provide oversight and management of critically ill neonates
• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Contribute to high-quality patient outcomes and evidence-based practice

Schedule:

Full-time, 36 hours/week | Rotating days, nights, weekends, and Sundays through Saturdays

• Master's degree in Nursing from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Michigan state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (or proof of application in progress)
• National Board NNP Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Federal DEA License (for PAs only; NPs will provide Michigan license number during credentialing)

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
