Cyber Program Manager

Purpose and Impact: Amentum is seeking a Cyber Program Manager to support our U.S. Department of Energy contract. Position will be based in the Washington, D.C area . Work Schedule: 5 days, 8hrs Essential Responsibilities: Provide management and oversight for Cyber Intelligence (CI) contract supporting U.S. Department of Energy. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): 15+ yearsmanaging large federal cybersecurity, intelligence, or IT modernization programs. 10+ yearsmanaging DOE, DoD, Intelligence Community, or National Laboratory contracts. Experience leading programs valued at $25M–$100M+with multidisciplinary teams. Proven experience managing cybersecurity operations, engineering, cloud modernization, SOC, incident response, or Zero Trust initiatives. Demonstrated success managing staffing, recruiting, retention, subcontractors, financial performance, quality assurance, and executive customer relationships. Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and Zero Trust Architecture. PMP required. CISSP strongly preferred. Experience briefing SES, Laboratory Directors, or Flag Officer-level leadership.
