As a Carpentry Foreman, you'll lead field operations while working alongside your crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

Perform layouts and oversee installation of:

• Metal framing.
• Drywall.
• Exterior sheathing.
• Doors and windows.
• Flooring and trim.

Lead and coordinate carpenters and laborers throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations.

Inspect and repair damaged structures or framework as needed.

Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and site leadership.

Maintain compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, and company safety policies.

Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and utilized.

✔ 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Superintendent, or similar leadership role in commercial construction.

✔ Experience managing and directing field crews.

✔ Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

✔ Strong knowledge of commercial framing and drywall installation.

✔ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

✔ OSHA 10 Certification.

Typical schedule: Monday-Friday starting at 7:00 AM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, NY.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $39.00/hr.
