Insurance Consultant-Benefits Review Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to help individuals and families understand their benefits, identify gaps in coverage, and explore life and supplemental insurance options. This remote role combines client education, personalized consultations, and ongoing service
Contact prospective clients and schedule virtual benefits reviews.
Meet with clients to review existing coverage and understand their family’s needs, priorities, and budget.
Explain available benefits, policy features, costs, and coverage limitations clearly.
Recommend appropriate coverage options based on each client’s needs.
Assist with insurance applications, electronic signatures, and required documentation.
Strong communication and listening skills, a professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should be comfortable using Zoom and online systems, open to coaching, and able to obtain and maintain the required insurance license. Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful.
