Commercial Regional Service Manager

Responsibilities Demonstrate your proven track record of leadership development of others, to include field evaluations, addressing coaching opportunities and training Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results Oversee our Technician Ride‑Along Program Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory control to drive efficiency and productivity Ensure that customer expectations are achieved Recognize and develop talent, during recruitment, selection and training across sales, service and customer service staff, including management Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to multi‑task Benefits Competitive earnings and a company vehicle with gas card Compensation is from $100,000 USD to $125,000 USD per year with opportunities for additional earnings Company provided iPhone and iPad with sales software Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, & life Insurance 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awards Industry leading, quality, comprehensive training program Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required An associate or bachelor degree in Business Management, Sales, Operations Management, or Finance preferred Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws. Physical Requirements Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
