Quality & Training Technician - 3rd Shift

Please read job details below: Job Title: Quality & Training Technician Position Summary Focuses on ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards, as well as developing, delivering, and ensuring comprehension of training content within a manufacturing environment. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Other Duties As Assigned) Conduct regular quality assessments on materials, in-process, and finished goods. Support equipment calibration and product testing. Facilitate new hire and on-the-job training using established materials. Assist in the development of SOPs, job aids, and training documents. Communicate findings to supervisors and escalate issues as needed. Participate in 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities. Maintain inspection and training records accurately. Education & Experience 1–2 years of quality or production experience preferred. Basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 preferred). Experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment. High school diploma or GED required. Skills & Abilities Fluency in English, both written and spoken, preferred. Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Proven strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate and develop strong partnerships across functional areas and organizational levels.
