PARACHUTE HiFi IS LOOKING FOR A LEAD LINE COOK!
We’re looking for a solid, experienced line cook who takes pride in owning their station.
Someone who comes in prepared, stays organized, works clean, keeps up with prep and pars, communicates when something is needed, and can be counted on to get their station ready for service.
During service, you’re steady, focused and able to handle volume. You care about consistency, seasoning and presentation, and understand that being a great line cook also means looking out for the people working beside you.
We value reliability, accountability, good communication and a positive attitude as much as cooking ability. We’re looking for someone who wants consistency in their work, takes responsibility for their role, and wants to be part of a kitchen they can invest in.
Parachute HiFi comes from James Beard Award-winning chefs Beverly Kim & Johnny Clark, the team behind the Michelin-starred Parachute and Anelya.
Schedule: 4 consistent shifts per week — Friday, Saturday + Sunday, with either Wednesday or Thursday as the fourth shift.
Pay: $17.05/hour + tips. Typically approximately $28–$33/hr total compensation. Tips typically add approximately $400–$650/week , depending on sales.
