The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Paralegal Assistant.

Job Duties:

• Provide legal support to Personal Injury Attorneys and Paralegal
• Prepare outgoing Discovery.
• Draft answers to all incoming Discovery.
• Review incoming Discovery for complete answers and responses.
• Draft appropriate Good Faith Letters and Motions to Compel.
• Review court scheduling docket to ascertain the judges availability for scheduling various hearings.
• File all Court documents that are required in the E-File portal.
• Schedule Hearings, Arbitrations Trial, Mediations, and Depositions; and prepare the appropriate Notices.
• Communicate with Opposing counsel to clear all scheduling dates.
• Other Litigation duties as assigned.

Benefits:

• $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year.
• Plus, potential for monthly bonuses.

Minimual Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies; (preferable a bachelor's)
• Florida Registered Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Proficiency in drafting Discovery and analyzing answers and responses for accuracy and completion (minimum 1 year)
• Experience in scheduling case events such as Trials, Hearings, Depositions and Mediations
• Experience in requesting, reading, and cross referencing medical records
• Has a foundational understanding of medical terminology
• Experience in requesting medical billing and liens
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented and have proactive deadline awareness
