Responsibilities Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly to ensure accuracy. Ensure all transactions are properly categorized and documented. Enter sales, purchases, payments, and other financial data into accounting software-Quickbooks Online. Actively participate in the the weekly budgeting processes by providing actionable insights on P&L, balance sheet, & cash flow analysis to Leadership. Assess the organization's financial health and impact of strategic decisions by analyzing financial data and understand trends over time. Assist with implementing and enforcement of accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting initiatives. Collaborate with external CPA for audits and tax preparation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Proven experience in financial report interpretation and writing. Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and budgeting techniques. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cash flow analysis. Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work produced.
