Digital Marketing Director

Calling all marketing gurus a top law firm is seeking a creative, goal-oriented, and experienced pro to serve as their Digital Director of Marketing. This role will be instrumental in shaping the firm's marketing strategy as it continues to grow by developing winning advertising campaigns across various channels, evolving the corporate brand, building a strong community presence, and more. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Chicago metro and regional market.

Must have: Someone who works 100% in digital marketing. Lots of experience, confident personality, and is an analytical thinker.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the firm’s creative teams in the development of marketing strategies for print, digital, social media, web, and other applicable channels.
• Guide and manage the firm’s writers, designers, and product managers to ensure projects are delivered up to standard and on time.
• Lead the creation of the firm’s visual assets and collateral.
• Spearhead new marketing directives and campaigns for the firm and assign resources as necessary.
• Efficiently utilize the firm’s Digital Asset Management systems and identify new opportunities to leverage these tools.
• Work with specialists to digitize the firm’s proofing process.
• Develop the firm’s corporate branding based on existing pillars and priorities.
• Build the firm’s community and boost awareness around its community outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must have experience leading teams in the creation and development of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Must have a proven track record in development successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and assets.
• Should have experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
• Must have an understanding of the company’s regional market.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity working with a Chicago area firm. Salary is $120K.
