SNI is partnered with a fantastic Financial firm in North Austin looking to add to their growth team! This position is fully onsite in office. Pay: $20-25/hour Below is a brief description of responsibilities: Working assigned trailing-document queues and researching outstanding requirements Contacting title companies, settlement agents, attorneys, and other third parties to obtain missing documents Following up on outstanding Final Title Policies and Release of Liens Managing a defined follow-up and escalation cadence Documenting contact attempts, responses, commitments, and exceptions in our tracking system Reviewing documents received to confirm the requested item has been satisfied Escalating nonresponsive vendors and problem files to management Maintaining accurate daily production and inventory reporting #ACCTN #J-18808-Ljbffr
