Reporting to the Global Network Manager, you will drive operational excellence, lead distributed teams, and advance an AI-enabled, automation-first support model that improves service reliability and operational maturity.About the JobLead and manage a global Network Operations team, providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and performance support to achieve operational goals.Oversee incident, request, change, and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution, service quality, and operational discipline.Coordinate major incident response, root cause analysis, escalation management, and follow-through on corrective and preventive actions.Manage operational readiness and execution for network projects, refreshes, migrations, lifecycle activities, and cloud connectivity initiatives.Drive automation, AI adoption, KPI reporting, documentation improvement, and continuous service improvement across the network operations function.About You8+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure operations, network engineering support, or enterprise IT operations.3+ years of experience leading technical teams, operational workstreams, or network support functions.Hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies including LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and cloud connectivity.Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform to manage incidents, requests, changes, problems, and operational reporting.Knowledge of network monitoring, operational analytics, automation practices, or scripting technologies that improve operational efficiency and service reliability.LOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull timeCurrent LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account. #J-18808-Ljbffr
