Beacon Hill

A leading IT staffing firm is seeking an IT Desktop Support Professional to assist users with technical support issues including hardware and software problems. This role requires 3+ years of technical support experience and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will provide in-person support in a collaborative environment from Monday to Friday.
