Key Responsibilities

• Review and process payroll submissions, verifying employee time, PTO, and personnel changes for accuracy
• Reconcile benefits invoices against employee enrollment and roster information
• Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and ensure personnel data remains current
• Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA
• Maintain required compliance documentation and provide support during audits
• Prepare HR reports covering payroll, benefits, employee information, and workforce metrics
• Respond to employee questions and serve as a resource regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
• Assist with ongoing HR operational processes and improvements

Qualifications

• Three or more years of HR operations experience with direct responsibility for payroll and benefits reconciliation
• Experience working with HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements, including FMLA, ADA, and I-9 documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple HR responsibilities and deadlines
