Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

• Process and review payroll, including employee changes, timekeeping, PTO balances, and payroll submissions
• Reconcile benefits invoices, verify enrollment accuracy, and maintain alignment between benefit providers and employee records
• Maintain HRIS data and employee records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
• Administer leave programs, including FMLA, and support compliance with employment regulations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, HR policies, and workforce-related questions

Qualifications for the Bilingual Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

• 3+ years of HR operations experience with direct responsibility for payroll processing and benefits reconciliation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; Paylocity experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, I-9 compliance, and HRIS administration with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
