MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Department: Maintenance

Reports To: Maintenance Manager

Classification: Exempt

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and improving facility operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance, trouble-shoot and repair on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, industrial printers and industrial automation.
Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues accurately.
Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Fabricating parts as necessary to support repairs and improvements.
Conduct residential painting tasks when required to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong understanding of logic controllers and mechanical systems.
Previous experience in supervising projects is a plus.
Previous experience with reverse osmosis, water filtration and membranes is a huge plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.

Experience:

Maintenance: 3 years, with strong industrial electric (Preferred)

License/Certification:
