Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred; or 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience Proven leadership, coaching, and team management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with safety programs, quality systems, and production operations Ability to use ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking software Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and respond to after-hours needs Ability to obtain forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, and company vehicle certifications Experience in ceramic manufacturing preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures Job Duties: Supervise production associates across Calcining, Cutting, Assembly, Welding, HMA, and FGI Inspection operations Ensure safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and operational goals are achieved Lead employee training, performance management, attendance tracking, PTO approvals, and disciplinary processes Monitor production metrics, inventory accuracy, and MES data reporting Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions Maintain compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and company procedures Coordinate shift handoffs and collaborate with supervisors, HR, and other departments Manage inventory processes and material tracking to support production and purchasing needs Maintain facility housekeeping standards and coordinate maintenance requests Provide shift coverage and support special projects as needed Why This Opportunity?
