Position Summary As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design projects, present product options, and close sales. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional seeking unlimited earning potential. No cold calling—qualified appointments are provided. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments. Build rapport and identify customers' remodeling needs. Create customized bathroom designs using our sales software. Present product solutions, pricing, and financing options. Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals. Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications Previous in-home sales experience preferred. Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong closing and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Comfortable using technology, including iPads and sales software. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local territory.
