About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide essential leadership and guidance in all clinical activities. The CMO will be the senior professional medical resource, offering support to the President and ensuring regulatory oversight. Key responsibilities include influencing and engaging the medical staff in quality and safety initiatives, developing and implementing quality improvement plans, and overseeing clinical quality, including patient outcomes, safety, and experience. The CMO will also be involved in the recruitment and retention of physicians, care standardization, and medical education, and will serve as a change management leader. Candidates for the CMO position at the company must have a Medical Degree from a certified medical college, a minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience, and at least 1 year of administrative leadership experience. A valid and unrestricted Medical License in the State of Texas and Board Certification in the relevant area of clinical practice are required. Experience in medical management within a managed care setting is preferred.
