Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd ShiftRepair and maintain all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds to ensure safe and efficient operation.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, with approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical work.Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, relief valves, hoses, cylinders, conveyor belts, chains, gears, and motors.Work with a large number of robots onsite, supporting their mechanical and electrical maintenance needs.Troubleshoot and repair VFDs, transformers, 480V systems, 240V single-phase, and three-phase power.Install three-phase electrical systems, including running conduit and pulling wire.Troubleshoot electrical systems safely up to 480 volts.At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.Proven ability to troubleshoot pumps, valves, relief valves, hoses, cylinders, conveyor belts, chains, gears, and motors.Electrical experience with 480V and three-phase power systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accurately.The role is based in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility that operates on multiple shifts. This position is for 3rd shift, working Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with current overtime and weekend work, including Saturdays, expected. The environment includes approximately 60 robots and a wide range of industrial equipment such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, motors, and high-voltage electrical components up to 480V. Work is hands-on and physically active, requiring the use of steel-toe footwear and adherence to safety procedures, including OSHA and ANSI standards and lockout/tagout practices. Second and third shifts receive a shift differential, and employees work closely with production teams to maintain continuous operations.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clyde, OH.The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $37.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
