CNA - Long Term Care

Schedule

8-hour day shifts. A minimum of every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 80 hours biweekly
Contract Weeks: 4

Requirements

• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Must have Long Term Care (LTC) experience
• New York license or proof of application required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patients' health status
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver patient care

Compliance / Notes

Background check required: includes state, nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender registry. Reliable transportation is necessary as public transportation is not accessible in this area.
